I had everything “right” on paper, but I often found myself longing for peace — not the kind you only find on a vacation, but the kind that stays.
One day, while on a trip to the mountains, I realized something simple yet powerful:
Wellness isn’t a destination. It’s the way we travel throughout our life.
That single thought changed everything.
It made me see that health and happiness aren’t confined to yoga studios or fancy retreats — they can exist on a long road trip, a quiet sunrise or even in the way we breathe through chaos.
